Tickets

Our lottery for SRCCON 2016 tickets is now closed, and we thank all who participated. If you're a ticketholder, read on for more info.

SRCCON is sold out. Thanks so much for everyone that participated in our ticket lottery. The following information is for ticketholders:

Cancellation and transfer policy

SRCCON is a small event and we’re tuning the program (and meals) to the exact attendee list we have, so please let us know as soon as you can if you’re not coming, because it may mean we’ll need to tweak our program a little.

Transfers: All tickets to SRCCON are non-transferrable. Tickets are specific to the ticketholder and can’t be given to a coworker, collaborator, or anyone else. If you can’t attend SRCCON, you should cancel your ticket.

Cancellations: You can cancel your ticket for a full refund up until two weeks before the conference begins (July 14). After July 14, we can’t refund your ticket, but we would still love to know if you’re not attending so we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Partners at SRCCON

Some of you are coming to Portland with partners and have wondered if they can take part in any of our activities. We’re happy to say that they’re welcome to join us for Thursday evening’s meal and activities, with a special $45 partner ticket that you can purchase now.

Lottery recap

You can read lots more about our switch to a lottery system on the OpenNews blog.

Financial & family assistance

We offered a limited number of travel scholarships (now closed) to help people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend, and we also offer attendees free childcare run by providers we trust with our own kids.
